A notice was received from John LaSalle .of the C.A.A.
stating that the wings and motors of the planes in the hangar
at Nobadeer shall be removed and stored separately unless the
.field was guarded.' He also stated that this was only necessary
for a month probably as.work will then begin on the Airport.
The Board voted to telegram this notice to Mr. Raub and request
him to take care of this matter.
Mr. Lyons of the Observation Tower reported that the v~n~
dows and doors needed painting, but the matter had .already be'eh
called to the attention of the Work Relief Foreman.

Mr. Sanguinetti met with the Board to thank them for his
appointment as Tovm Counsel. It was voted to request the State
Af'~ditors to audit the Tovm Treasurer's books for the period of
January 1st to date of election.
it was voted to Send a letter to the followi~.g departments
instructinM them to make monthly reports and their annual re-
ports to the Board of Selectmen giving activities of their de-
partment and financial statement for the montt~; the departments
are as follows:

Article~ 22, Opening of Sesachacha Pond. It was voted that
the matter be left in the hands of ~fr. Glidden.
Article 24, Ragweed. It was voted that the same co~¢~ittee
be appointed this year.
Article 28. It was ~oted that ~r. Smith be made a commit-
tee of one to handle these preparations.
Article 63, Cavendish Park. It was voted that the Town
Attorney proceed to take Cavendish Park by eminent domain as
instructed under Article 63.
