Warrant No. 53, totalling $16,519.06 was~p'resented by Town Acct. Barrett and checked and approved by the Board. Minutes of the previous meeting were read and approved. The Board was in receipt of a letter and'some pictures fro~ Mr. Sidney Killen; lessee of the Jetties. Beach, making various suggestions for the boards consideration as to things to be done to improve the beach and the parking. Same was filed until after town meeting. A copy gf a letter to the Town Treasurer from Congdon and Coleman advising of a rebate of $2,202.02 was no~ed and placed on file. \ Mr'. Anthony Docca was granted~a renewal of his Common Vict. , license at S. Water St. Town. Mr. Donald Ailed db~ Don Allen Auto Service was granted a renewal of his Class II used car dealers license. · he Green Coffee Pot~ Inc. was granted a renewal of its en- tertainment license for recorded music. Contracts for care of patients at the Barn'stable Couhty Hosp.' 'were received and tabled until the board had an opportunity to examine same. A letter was received from the Dukes Connty Selectm~ns Asso~ relative to the appointment of a committee to study various factors of the Steamship Authority and tabled at this time. It was voted' to have the annual warraht r~main open until Monday 5 'January 1959 at 12.30 PM at which time the Board ,~ would meet to consider closing same. -' There,being no further'business the Board went into executive session to discuss a welfare matter, and adj. *at 5PM. ~.
