Barrett and checked and.approyed by the Board.
Minutes of the pre~ious'meet%ng were read and app~0ved. '
A letter was received from the Tree commission requesting the.
transfer of $1,000 to carry them till the,end of the
year and voted referred to the Finance Committee.
An ~p'plicatlon was'received from the Green c0ffe~Pot Inc
a renewal of its Common Vic~. All alcoholic license and
voted to take the course prescribed by law. ''
A lette~ was received from Rep. M6oney advising the Board,that
the last date for filing bills in the legislature was-~
8 Dec. 1958, and placed on file. f
On motion Of Mr~'Barrett it was'voted t~'request a report from
the shellfish warden as to the results if any of the
3~ marking of seed scallops. ~'
It was'also voted to determine the amount of funds available
for conch~and starfish. -~ ~ ~
