· use the Sanford House grounds for a sale on Aug.,,28th..
A letter was received from Mary VanArsdale registering a'com-
plaint relative to off island poppy peddlars soliciting
on the same day as-a local group. The board noted this
matter as 'one to be noted for reference to the town counsel
to draw ~up an appropriate by-~aw to cover this problem
~ which might become acute next summer during the 300th A~
unless we havens,omc regulatory.,,by-law .....
Mr, Frank Sylvia and Mr. Hen'ry:B. Coleman Weke granted renewals
of their Auctioneers licenses.
It was vcs ted to write the commandant of 'the 1st C.G. district
relative to the condition of the Madaket station.
