Walter S. ~rrett; Robert B. Blair; James K. Glidden; Jo~ L. Hardy and Kenneth N. Pease. After being -swo~n and on motion duly made and seconded it was voted that ~. Kenneth N. Pease be and is the Ch. of the Board for the ensuing year. 0n further motion duly made and seconded it was voted that ~r. James K. Glidden be and is Secy.' of the Board for ~e ensuiu year. 0n f~ther motion duly made and seconded it was voted that 'Roy E. Sanguinetti Esq~ be appointed as To~ Counsel 'at the usua retainer of $100.00 for the ensuing year. Ch. Pease ass~ed the chair and the board discussed the matter of the regular meeting ningt for the comi~ year. It was voted that the regular meetings of the Board be held on Thursday evenings at V.~0 ~ u~til ~ther notice. 0n motion of Nr. Blair duly seconded it was voted that the annual town meeting be opened ~ an invocation and Ch. Pease was appointed a co~ittee of one to request Fr. Dowling to offer this prayer.
