at 4P~ at the Selectmens Rooms ~to consider the complaint 'of'-,~ ':
Shellfish Warden Winslow against Oscar Bunting; Henry Stafford;~
Paul Stojak and James Psar~dellis.
Present: All members of~the'B~ard'exoept Nr. coff~'n.
W~rden V~iuslow stated that he had examined the scallop catch
of each of the above on Nonday ll Feb. 1957 and that in
excess of 5% of said catch was in his. opinion seed scallop;
Ie scallops without a well defined annual growth mark as
provided by law.
At ,the request of the Board Warden Winslow stated in
narrative manner the events relative to the examination
of each of the defendants catch on that day~ Each of'
the defendatns were given an opportunity to be heard
and each stated that he felt the scallops were legal
scallops and that he had violated no law or regulation.
The Board discussed this matter and afte~ examination of
a's~mple of the scallops in question voted that the licenses
of each of the defendants be suspended for a period of one
week~ namely from 15 Feb. th~u 21 Feb. 1957.
