long ~ deliberate study, 'was 23 to 3 in favor of
spending the money fo~ the r~way extension at the
Mrs. W. Ripley NelS$~'~?."what"w'o~ld~the cost be to the Town
after this runway is built?"
Mr. Thomas F. Gibson explained, in aswer to ~s, NelsOn,s
questS'on ~t~t,the m~nt'en~ce of a ~way such as
this would be very low; there was hardly ~y
~intenance except the sealcoating, ~ich wo~d

s~e equipment as beisg used today, they carried
