Article 2
To see if the Town will vote to rescind Article 18
of the last .~nual warrant as voted by.the ~t0wn meeting,:csame
having been incorrectly worded and return' ~he' eighteen thousa~
and O0/100 dollars ($18,000.00) appropriated by said article to
the E & D fund.
We reco~end that the'Town vote to res~ind~Artic!e i8

having been incorrectly worded and return the eighteen thousand
and O0/100 dollars ($18,000.00) approp~ated by said~article to
the E & D fund.

To s'ee' if the t~wn will vote tO raise and appropriate
or transfer from available funds in the treasury, a sum of money
for Chapter 90 Highway Construction, or take any. action in re-
lation'thereto.
-We recommend that the sum of eighteen .ttiousand'dollars
($18,000.00) be appropriated to meet the town's share of the
cost of Chapter 90 Highway Construction, and to meet said appro-
priation the sum of(S18,000.00) eighteen thousand dollars be -
transferred from the proceeds received from the State under the
provisions of Chapter 718 of the Acts of 1956.

We recommend that the Town transfer from E & D the'"~um
'of Seven'thousand dollars ($7,000.00) to cover the cost of pr].nt-
ing of forms for use of the Probate Court as provided by law, and
to add same to the County Budget.
