Acct. Barrett and checked and approved by the Board.
DIinutes of tb.e previous meeting were re?d and aooroved.
Nr. Wiuslow, i.lr. Jaeckle and L~. Topham of tb_e Spo~ts~aus Club
were pr. esent aud discussed with the Board the type of
u~.erwater weed cutter to be purchased under article llO
of the annual warrant. It was' voted that the-Secy, be
authorized to order the machine as reco~mmeuded.
I';lr. 'Sangui ~te'ei Town Counsel and i~'h~. Chase 'of the Steamship
authority were present and discussed with the Board the
matter of the land at stamboat~vharf. Mr. Sanguinetti
" presented an artic!e~for insertion in a' special town

Baxter a truckman who lands from the LST at cor?uercial
wharf was trucking in excess of tZae local weight lin.its.

area 9ffering suggestions as to procedure in:case of
storms and'h~-g~l flood waters in ,that,area. It was Voted

Eng. with reference to this flooding and the conditions
of the jetties.

L~cDonald 1989.00 as-both of ~these bids were in excess of
~the appropriation it v~as~voted to reject~them. Change'the
,specifications striking out the'automatic switch and the
individual switching~of the exit lights and ask both of
