was before the Board and~ discussed~the matte~ of the permit
for opening the~street (Vesper Lane) to ius~all~a water s
fo~ the hospital. This ~tter was debated for-some time it
being the Feeling of the board that the water company, should
have r~ade provisions months ago for this matter ,but under the
circumstances where it appeared that forcing bhem the water
co~p~y to float or jack this pipe under 'the, road would delay'
~the construction it was~on motion ~de and seconded, Voted
to authorize the co~upany to cuttt~a~ street provided the ~orkd
was started in one week. -
