Shellfish Warden Winslo¢~' v~'as present and requested t.hatwe
keep on the asst. warden for av£nile longer. - It ~ was voted to.-
retain the ~sst. warden until'further notice form Mr. Winsl0~.

M~mnslow also requested that the closed area off Beachside
be opened~and it was so voted. 'voted also that same be adv.
in the pacers to b4 opened Mon~ 5 Dec
Mr. Winslow also advised that a new b'a~ch of Scallop-bags had
arriived anti,that cost of same to the tovm was 46~ each plus
frt and handling from Boston. It was voted to set the pri~e
of same at 80~ each. ~

reported that the Madaket Harbor Buoys were ready. It was voted
to instr'.ct the Harbor Master to have same set.

state, highway, to t he Naval facility was discussed and on re
commendation of I~ir. 'Jaeckle supt,, of streets and ~the eng. for'~
the state who was making i' the layout plan it was voted-to autho~i',e
the construction to follow an old.accepted layout known as
Sankaty Rd. plus pa~.t of the layout of Tom Nevers Rd._~
