'being present, havlng~been preceeded by a County Commis~si~ners

Warrant N~ 44 totalling' 8, 39.~V' was presented by Town
Acct.' Barrett and checked and approved by the Board.
Minutes of the previous meeting were read and aop~o~ed~
M~ William Mat~e~ of ~e'C-a~ &~'Elec. Co. was~ p~esent and
advised the Board that the Co. was p~oceediug with plans
to put the wi~es on the N. side of Main street underground
f~om Federal to Cente~ streets and presented plan for notice
and approval.~ , .~ ~,
Pole 16c~tions ~of. Cliff Rd. s. sid~ of Hinck].ey~L~Ext.
Cathcart Rd. Eel Pt. rod 01d South rd'and Waylsnd lane were
approved ~- ~ . ~

and Washington streets, was on motion made and seconded,
aoproved, Mr.' Burgess being recorded as opposed.
The Legion Post was granted a pe~it for a parade ~uder arms
on Veterans Day ll Nov. ~
