Barrett and ohecked and approved, by the Board. ~inutes of the p~.evious meeting were read and approved. The matter of the application of Nm tucker Island'Products Co. Ino. 'dba Capri Tobeys Chowder Bar having been duly advertised was before the Board for action. On motion made and second it was voted that the wine and' malt beverage license, common vict. be approved. In accordance with article 102 of the last annual warrant, an order of taking was presented by the Town Counsel and voted approved and signed by the boa~-d. This matter is relativ, to the taking o£ various lots at Su~fside. A letter was received from the school committee relative to the matter of the new sidewalk at the New High school and requesting that the Board call a special town meeting to approve an appropriation for same. It was voted to have the Ch. of the School Committee and the Ch. of the building Committee meet with us next week to discuss this matter. M~. Joseph Lopes Was granted a renewal of his taxi licensee. An application was received from various residents requesting that E. Do~r street be made one way from Union to Orange rather than from Orange to Union as it now is. It was voted to table this matter for one week. ' The ~Harbo~ House was granted ~a renewal of its piano license. Nobadeer. Inc. Was granted a renewal of its entertainment iic.~ for an ochestra. Approval of joint pole ~0cati0ns on Sparks 'ave was~approved by the Board, ~no objections having been received'j A~letter from Mr. Henry Pass district federal public 90rks officer was received asking when he could meet with the Board. Barrett and checked and approved by the Board. Minutes of the previous meeting were approved. Mr. Joseph Pykos and a group of residents 'of the lowe~ York and E. Dover St.~ area were p~esent and discussed withthe,~ Board the matter of traffic on these streets. No decesion was ~de on this ~tter at this t~e.. ~.~ Dell~ ~. T~ue and Mn. Barber ~of the Schooi~Co~ittee and the School Building Co~ittee were present and discussed ~ with the Board the ~tter of'the~new sidewalk at the~South~ School and the new high school.
