road from the state highway, to the Navy installation at t~m
nevers over the present layout ~ubstantially, stated' ~hat the
matte~ .was stillin bhe formative stage.but that he believed
bhe state would do the s~vey_at no cost to the town if
would make any relocation or taking necessary, and that
the road was built it would 'o~'at no cost to the town. *All
members'of'the Board were in accord with this procedure..
l, tr;' Sellew also ~iscussed with the B6ard .the matter of
Ch. 90 work to be done by I~Zr. Glowacki, .stated that the
state was interested-iu'o~beelings as to-the abilit~
the bidde~ to complete the work. As the r~d lowe~ pleasant
street is not u~geut and as there was no:other 16cai-bidder
the board felt that we* should go al6uc wi.th fir Glowacki
