Coffin being present. ,~ Warrant' No. '49 totalling ~7,6Bg~51'was presented by, Town Acct Barrett and checked and approved by the Board. Ninutes~of the previous meeti6g were read and approved. It was voted to obtain figure from Jack Putterick~on repairs to fence at Quake~ Cemetary and if not to g~eat to have this work done. .... c, ', Ch. This was a tenative figure as uo one can foresee what might be necessary as the job p~ogresses. It was voted to determine available~funds to complete this. matter. The Board discussed the matter of t~e Liuda Aery~ property at co~ish park and it was voted to ~ve the Secy. write her grandson who is apparently, claiming this property and ask his ~ intentions as to the tov~ welfare claim. A notice was received from the U.S. Atty. office, Boston re- lative to the land-taking for the U.~ S. Na~ at Tom Nevers, noting a change in one :of the distances in the ~descr~ption. As this did not coacern the ToE this matter,was ordered file A petition for li~e~se to lay and maintain buried cable on Tom Nevers Rd.' was received and notice ordered send. Hearing Secy.
