ceeded by a county commissioners meeting, all members of
the Board being present. ~ ,~ ~, ..... ~

Warrant No. 44 Was p~,esented by To~ Acct.
Bar~ett and checked~and approval by the ,Board. ,~
~ John Walsh was present~ ~d requested an ~extension~ 0f his
Junk Dealers license 'till 1 Janua~ stated ~t~t he ~d the ~
materials for the fence he had p~eviously~stated he was~going
to~bd~ld-on the p~emises. This was~di~cussed and. after im- ~
p~essing on Mr.' Walsh that t~s wan the last extension it ~,~
was voted~to ~g~ant the extension requested Mr. Pease ~equesti~ g
to be recorded as opposed. ~ .... ~ ~ ~
Mr.~ Jaeckle who was p~ent was asked ~Sy ~he Board if he
would note 'on sealcoating bills ~e streets which the ~said
bills ~pe~tained to for ~e B~ds i~or~tion.~
It was voted t0 w~i~e Rep. Ba~es~and the~ Dept.~f Public
works ~equesttng a su~ve~ of the uppe~ harbo~ to d~velop
the'cost of d~edging off ~t~ various points whic~ have
built out and are ~obstructing t~e ha~.bo~ .... ? ~ ~
with reference to the dumping of f~esh shallop ~shells nea~

The Legion invited the Board to attend Veterans-Day cer~monie~
on Nov. ~llth but due ~ to other plans the ~ invitation was
