The ~eeting came *to Order'at 8PM ail'members of the Board ~eing
present, first as county commissioners and then at 8.1§PM as
Selectmen. .'~
Warrant No. 35 totalling $9,2~9.i5 Was P'resented by TO~ ACCt.
Barrett and checked and approved by the Board.
Minutes. of the p~evigus meeting were ~ead and app~ovsd.
~. Parker ~ay was present and rbquested a'late closing pe~it
to serve food on the week-end of the AOPA to~. Boa~ felt'~
that this could not be done and ~at this ~matt~r of food was
being adwquatly taken care of by the co~tttee.

Mrs Ida Chase was present aud~ sta'ted that she had give ~s~~

he had misplaced it.

dependent cabs. same was placed on file.

a letter sent to it by Nan Wade Pearson with ~eferen6e
nuisnade. No action could be ~ken at this t ~e and same was
filed.
Ch~ber of~'Co~e~e asked the Boards constderati~n of using
uarters adjacent to ~e I~o~tion Bureau and same was ~tabled
~G week.
