Thurston, Seddon W.~ Legg Jr.. .. The ballots in three sealed packages .said to 'contain :~108 Republican ~and: 793 Democratic Ballots were delivered to the Ballot Clerk~ and their receipt taken therefor.." ~.~ .~!~:;~:::: .~. Legg, Charles Clark Coffin and Franklin H. Thurston and fouud to be empty. The register on the ballot box mm~x was set at 0000. Both boxes were locked and the keys turned over to Charles C. Upon motion, dtdy seconded it VOTED that the polls close at 5:00 P.M..~ ;~ At 7;00 A. M. the polls were declared open. At 5;00 ?,M. the polls were declared closed.
