Instructing the co~ittee ,~hat: "~ To~ Accountant Barrett had advised t~t in' accordance ~tith,th~ ~directions of the ~state auditors it v~ould~be necessary ,to have 'an article in the warrant requesting that all ~used~approp~ia~ be returned to the E. ~and D. but that ~y specific monies~cgul~ be retained if the Finance Co~itte and the to~ so voted. ~Capt. Norton and CaPt. 'Pease mequ;sted~'that tho ,Boa3d:~Put effect a,temperature control again on:Scallops. :and'~the Boar~ sb voted.
