Accountant Barrett and checked and approved by, the. Board.'
Minutes of ~he previous meeting Were read and app~0ved. ~ ~,,
The b0a~d was in ~'eceipt of a comP~int assr0 the~nditi0n
existing on New street where the Hens owned ~ Timothy Newcomb ~
are ketp. The board voted to write Mr. Newcomb as regards
this condition. '~-
The~Byron'L~"Sylvar0 Post America~ Legion'was granted a s~ecial
permit to,sell alcoholic beverages at~thelr rooms~on the evenin
of Oct. 21, 1950.~And also granted a permit to show motion
pictures~to~the public at the Legion Hall during the time that
Dreamland Theatre is to be closed, on the evenings of Thursday
and Saturday.
T~e Board voted to-have Mr. Legg' the 'contractor clean up the
back yard at the Sanford House.
It was voted to give the Fire Dept B chairs fr°m the selectmen~
,rooms.
