Warrant No.,3V. totalling ~16,240.'65 was presented by T~ Accountant Barrett and checked and approved ~y the Board. I~[r. Leon Royal, ~.;iss Alice Roberts and !,Iiss 0~uly were present and protested to the board of the noise~of patrons of Dinsmores Restaurant after leaving the restaurant and particularily.bewteen the hours of .12 midnight and 3 AI~I. It was suggested that the boar~ order l~'~r.' Dinsmore to close at 12 mi~ight.' The board voted to request th~ p01i~e department to keep a ~lose~ watch on this area and to request Nr.~Dinsmo~e to caution his patrons to. be a !~ttle less noisy. ~ Nr. Ro~l also reque~t~ the Bo~rdto m~ke a n~ p~king area 6n-~he No~th side oF shestnut street opposite 'the 'entr~ce to his'garage ~o that occuppants of the g~rage could get in and out without any t~ouble, the board ex~mined the area after the meeting and were of the opinion that there was plenty of room to get in and out even with cars parked on the Eorth side. 0n motion of ~,ffr. Holdgate it was voted t'o h~ve a l0 minute parkin~ area in front of the info~ation bureau;- ~_e Boar~ discussed the matter of the ~,~orris-Barn and were of the opinion that any settling of th~ piers was not caused by the breakage of the surface wa'er pipe from~the ~cKay property but was due to the natural condition of the area and the poo~- footing under the piers along the rear of.the barn.
