The'minutes of the Dec. 17, 1969 meeting were accepted as read.
Warr~t #51' min the amount of $48,030.53 was approved by '~he' Board. ,
~ONSERVATION 'O0~ISSION: Parker Gray reporte~' that due t~ weather some
of the Conservation projects would not be c~mpleted this year but
~ ~ permission to open~

Miacomet & Hummock Ponds to facilitate rem0vin~ cat tails, flhe Board
voted: "To give pe~nission for the Conservation Commission to open
Miacomet Po~d only~.~butt0rs, paticulary Mr. Ralph Marble are to be
notified in advance by the Corksemration Commission?.
LIQUO_R~ LICENSE:. On advice of Counsel the Board approved the
application of Preston Manchester-for a Common Victuallers Wine &
Malt Beverages licence at 3h-36 Main St.
.RABIES INNOCULATioN:, Stewart Day reported. that ~27 dogs were innochlated
at the recent dog clin&~, one Kennel license and 62'dog licenses were. ~
issued with in fees collect'ed.
I~NTUC BO~T PIER: Town Counsel Roy Sang~inetti advised' that he l~as :.
forwarded all papers on the boat pier problem to Charles Goglia of
Foley, Hoag & Elliot. Mr. Goglia has recommended attempts' to have ~he
State Dl:W-Division 'of WaterwaT~ hearing scheduled in Nantucket instead
