On advice of Counsel the Board approved the application of Preston Manchester-for a Common Victuallers Wine & Malt Beverages licence at 3h-36 Main St. .RABIES INNOCULATioN:, Stewart Day reported. that ~27 dogs were innochlated at the recent dog clin&~, one Kennel license and 62'dog licenses were. ~ issued with in fees collect'ed. I~NTUC BO~T PIER: Town Counsel Roy Sang~inetti advised' that he l~as :. forwarded all papers on the boat pier problem to Charles Goglia of Foley, Hoag & Elliot.
