The m~et~ng came tO order at,7'30 PM all .members 0~. the Board being, Present,
Warrant No. 10 totalling $44,637.05 was presented by Town Acct.' Barrett and
checked and approved by the Board.
Minutes of the previous meeting were re~d and approved.
Shellfish IVarden Holdgate was present and discussed with the Board the matter
of increasing the-Iimit on Commercial Scallops from six and twelve to
eight and sixteen effective Friday~the 14th of btarch. This matter was
discussed and on motion duly made and seconded it was so Voted.
The Board approved Shellfish Warden Hoodgate attening the ah~ual Shellfish, ,~ Wardens meeting on the 20th and 21st of March .. ,,.,,
Mr. Robert H. Christman was presen~cand discussed the matter of seasonal
liquor licenses and population etc. with the Bqard and asked what he
should do to be considered if a license should become'available.' He was
advised that he should submit a letter to the Board asking to be notified.
'if a license were available but was also advised that p~iority of filing~-'
for an open license carried nO advantage as regards the issuance of said
license by the Board.
Applications for renewals of seasonal alcoholic beverage licenses were 're~gived
'from the following and voted to take the course prescribed by law; ie
