Mr. ~ohn McLaughlinJr. was present and requested a special permit to use
a flat bed htil~ty~trailer when its weight elceeded 3000 lbs but under
5000 lbs,.stated that Reg. Insp. Davis had advised him that because
the type of reg. he carried this .as necessary 5n any, occasion the combined
wt. of the trailer and load exceeded 3000 lbs. This matter was discussed
and it ~as voted to defer action until,the Secy. had consulted with Insp.

an area at the Jetties Beach for the rental of sailboats was received
and the Board voted to advise Mr. Guilbertson to apply, after the annual'
