Barrett and checked and approved by the Board .... . .. .. Minutes of the previous meeting were read and ~p~dv'ed. '~ Mr gobgrt'CaldWell W~i present 'and dis&ussed'with the Board a Land Court 'petition subdividing his propertY'0n Polpis Road in which the L.C. 'advised that-tHey must also determine the line of the Road, he presented plans:showing the area in question and as it appeared_that the line to be established was in accordance with the layout;' the Board voted to assent to his petition to the Court. ..-. ..- 'i Bids on the printing Of the Town report were received as follows: Poets Corner Press $7.70 per page Inquirer.and Mirror $7.7S per page ..... "' It was voted that the contract be awarded khe lowest'bidder poets Corner Press. ,., -: · The matter of the application by one Paul W. Borsch for a Per~it to operate~' a Restaurant at premises on Middle Pearl Street was discussed and on motion duly made and seconded it was Voted to deny same. It was voted to have the DP~ cut the brush on South Shore Road which had recently been properly bounded. Mr.'Wm. Allen was granted a Comm. Vier. lic. for food prep~r~tion at' premises on York St' Nantucket Mass.. The~d flatter Restaurant was granted a permit for recorded background music for 1969. The N~nt. Boosters Club was granted a permit fo~ a dance at Leg~ }fall on 14 Feb. from 9 to 1James Duarte to be Sp. Police .... '"- On motion duly made and seconded it was voted to appoint Mr. Thomas Larabee ~' to the Conservation Comm. to fill the vacancy, caused by the resignation of Mr. Corkish. - '- . ii:' Applications for appointment tO the rights of way committee were received from Chs.
