present.

and checked and' approved by the Board.
Minutes of the 'prevzous meeting were read and approved
Dr. Myles Atkinson and Dr. Gerry Schnelle were present and discussed with
the Board the ~mportance of some ordin~ relative to pollution
and were assured by the Board that we had this matter in mind.''
-The Board a..pole location for the Gas and Elec. Co. for a new
"pole on Galen Avenue '~'
~s Frank Sylvia and Mrs Donald Gibbs were presont and requested some
street lights and a slow sign on the ~ladaket ro~d,~out as far as"
the Folger Franklin memorial. Ch. Norcross that they'submit
their request in writing as regard the lights, and the Board voted
'later in the meet!pg to approve~ a slow sign.

Notices were:received ~rom the La~d court relative to 'petitions to'register
~ land on Orange Street and'properiy on Sparks ave.' and the latter was
referred to the To~n Counsel to file an appearance for the Tom~
An'~P'Plica~i0n'~as r~eived fr~m A~01d Duce for'~he'posttion of Shellfish
~arden and filed.
There being no fruther business the Board went into executive session and
adj. at 9.30 PM.
