Th~ meeting cme to Order' at 9.20 PM havin~ been preceeded by'a county
' Co~issioners meeting, all members of the Board being present.
IVarrant No.~ 46'totalling $50,797.88 was presented by Town Acct. Barrett and
,~, checked and approved by the Board .... ~-' .....
~inutes of the previous m~eting were read and approved.
Town'~ierk'Cgffin presented the official returns of the ~atio~al eloction and same were certified by the Board as provided ~y la~.
~r. ~obert R. L~$ke"of Cap'n Tobey's ~est. was present and registered his~ objections to the transfer of the license o~ Sea Cliff Inn Inc* to
~r. John'McLaughl~n'Jr. was present and asked the Board its decision as
regards his suggestion of last week to be allowed to construct a
brick sidewalk he providing the labor and bricks, Ch. Norcross advised
that the Board had voted not to approve this suggestion and advised Mr.
~cLaUghlin that if he desired a ne~ s~dewalk the to~ ~ould haOe'same
¢onstmcted with the abutter paying one half of the total cost..
· McLaughlin also requested a street light on ~illiams Lane at the rear of , his Property. '
The Green.Coffee pot Inc. requested and was granted~pemission to close for
'two weeks starting 17 Nov. 68.

A letter was received from ~{r. Godin of the Int. Eir~orks Co, thanking~ ~he
Board for its past business and calling attention to the fact that the
