Tmon Clerk Coffin'advised that he ~as informed that the Polls must open '
not later,than 10AM at-the State election and consequengly.'it ~as Voted
to amend the l~arrant for said election-to have the Polls?pen at 10AM
and close at 8PM. ,
The Board was in receipt of a notice from'the Civil Service Commission of
