"' discuss'~d With the Board the '::,'L:~ the matter of various restaurants in Town closing shortly after Labor Day, and suggested that before the Board took any action on this matter they would suggest that we refer it to the Ch~ber of Commerce and ask that 'put this on their agenda for discussion and see if they could come up with some solution. It was so voted to refer this matter to the Chamber of A lette~ was received ~rom ~s. John Hardy,' in behalf of the Nant. ~Yacht Club, wrote requesting permission to store the Club's floats on Harbor Vie~, l~ay as in previous years and '- same was voted approved. .. - ' ', ~Ir. and Mrs. Fred Bennett were granted a Co~0n' Victualler 'and Soft Drink' Licenses subject to inspection. NotiCe Was ~eceived off a Land Court Petition '~35644 relative to proPerty at Surfside, and it was voted to refer same to the Town Counsel to determine if the Petitioner had any ownership to the ocean as claimed. The Board discussed 'the matter of establishing 'a blotor Vehicle Inspection ~' Station for'To~n-o~,ned vehicle~ only, and it was voted to instruct the Supt. of the D.P.IV.,'bfr.
