The meeting.came to order at. 8 PM having been p~eceeded by a County comm.
meeting all members of the Board being present ....... ,'
Warrant No. 15, totalling'S74,248.61 was presented by Town A¢cti'Ba~rett and checked and approved by the Board.
Minutes of the previous meeting were read and approved.
Mr. Parker Gray of the Conservation Comm. ,vas present and reported on
work done on removal of Cattails at the S. head of Long Pond and
advised the Board that they had received a contribution of $5000.00

dollars towards this work from Tristrams ~Landi~ng.Inc.' ...... ,,
~tr. Gray also advised the Board that he had lo~0ked into the title of
the Andrews property near the 2nd Bridge in btadaket and presented a
sketch showing the lines of ownership and: the Creek. '-. :'
Only one bid was received for the leasing'of the J~tties Beach, 'that.
from Sidney H.'Killen in the amount of $2500.00 per year and it,'
was voted to accept same.
The following licenses and permits were applied for and approved.

A letter was 'received from Philip-Reed advising that he would be Operating
the S~eet and Soda Shop and the Sea Shell Guest House on Center St.

A request from one Ricky Wins0r to be allo~ed to photograph Our Island Home
and inmates was received and not approved.. ' ? : ':
