The .meeting came to order at 8PM all members of the Board
being present.
~Warrant No. 43, totalling'ST0,821.9? was presented by Town ·
Acct. Barrett and checked and approved by the Board.
Minutes of the' previous me'ting were read and appr°ved.
The Board approved the regulations for ,the taking of Scallops
.... ~ for Commercial use for the 1967-68 season as per copy
attached hereto and made'a part of these minutes.
Notice was received from the Land court of the 'petition of
Charles Hurley to register title to land on Highland
Ave. Nantucket, abutting on Highland Ave. contents
noted and filed.
It was voted that-the regular meeting~'o~ the"Bd~d o~'Oct. 23
be ~cancelled and that the next meeting~of the Board will
be held on 1 Nov. at 7,30 PM and on'each Wed; "thereafter
at 7.30 PM until further notice.
There being no further business, the Board went 'into executive
