Warrant No. 33, totaling $ .63, was presented by Town
Accountant Barrett and was checked and approved by the Board.
The minutes of the previous meeting were read and approVed.
Mr'. Howard Crtse, Iii *was 'P~a~ent~an~"~s granteda permit to hold
a public concert-0n Wednesday the 16th and 23rd of August
from 8 to 10 P.M. at the Band Sheli in Harbor SqUare.

Rttchie, Jr.' Of Dis¢ove~yPlayhouse and the North Church for
permission to distribute flyers with reference to their
activities. It was voted~that no flyers Could be distribUted
throughout the.streets but the Board would apprpve pl.acing
them at the Information Bureau, hotels and restaurants'about
the Town.
Mr. and Mrs. James Moriarty Of Lily street ~d'Holiday ~inn were
present and discussed with the Board the problem created bY
Center str~et,s betng.one-waY. 0nly'ias far,as Lily ,St_~.:~,It was
suggest~d~:'Center Street one-way,be extended as far as Chester
~' Street, and after discussion of~this matte~,,~he Bo~d voted
to extend the one-way street regulation'O~ Genrer Street to
'~ chester street'. .... "~'
