Warrant No. 10 totaling $434,216.74 was presented by Town Ac¢
,'Barrett-and'checked and ap~r0ved by the Board.

len W..Holdgate,-Shellfish Warden, was present and es~ed
extending the commercial scallop season to the 15th of April
'in Nantucket-Harbor only.:'-It was so voted by. the Board.
The matter of opening Sesachacha Pond was~'also discussed. It
was felt that'this should be done the middle part of March Or
the.first of April~
Mr. Holdgatealso mentioned that one of the scallopers was
planning, to advertise scallops for sale in'the shell and
wondered if there was any regulation prohibiting same. The
Board was not aware of any such

following Alcoholic Beverage Licenses renewals were received
and voted to,take the course prescribed by law: S£asconset
Book Store, Inc.; Frank A. Burr; The Islander, Inc.; The
Elephant; Harbor House~ Sea Cliff Inn; Willie House; Christian
Schell; A. Preston Manchester.
Tutetn dba The Woodbox was granted a.renewal of her Inn-
holder's license.

Nantucket Finance Committee which was accePted with regret.
