The meeting came to order at 7:0 P.M., all members of the Board

Warrant No. 9, totaling $16,761.35, was presented by Town Ac
.Barrett and checked and approved by the Board.
Minutes of th~ previous meeting were ~ead and approved.
A letter was' r~c~ived from'Florence Wetherhill' advising that She
was in.favor of the zoning byvlaw. Contents were noted and
placed on file.. · ~. .. .~.
A letter was received from Howard B. Gill~'0f Siasconset and
Washington setting forth'~his c9~mm, ents and~suggestions rela-
tive to the zoning By'Law and was placed on file..
The Board was in'.r~ceiP~ of the Hist0~ic District"National His-
toric Landmark Certificate from the Department of the
Interior. No action was taken at this time as to where said
Certificate would.be disPlayed.
Being no further business,.the Board went into ExecUtive Session
and adjourned at 8:30 P.M..
