The meeting ,came to Order at 8.00 PM having been preCeeded
by a County Commissioners meeting, all members of the
Board being present, '~ ,,
Warrant No. 1, totalling't2,462.00 Was presented by Town Acct,
Barrett and checked and approved by-the Board.
Minutes of the Previous 'meeting were read and approved.
Mr. Allen W. Holdgate Shellfish warden was present 'and suggested
that we should have some type' of wall at the end of the
road across the Marsh Mass Ave. Ext. 'at Madaket to prevent
the fill from washing into the creek and to make a better
landing. He also stated that the Easy St. bulkhead was
in need of repair and thai the Board should consider es-
tablishing some type of boat landing facility in the area.
This matter was discussed'at-some, length and it was left
with the Warden to obtain some cost estimates.
The following licenses and Permits were 'approved:
Andy Doccs Common Vici.; John W. Moore India House.
Innholders and Grey Gull, Common Vici.
The gown clerk presented the 1967 political calander,calling
for town election on March 6 and the town meeting on the
7th and same was voted approved.
Voted to request ~ids on gas and oil for town vehicles to be in by next meeting.
T~ere being no further business the Board went into executive
session and adj. ag 9.30 PM. '
