The meeting came to order'at','8~BOall members of the Board being

Minutes of the previous meeting were rea'd and a'pproved. ,
Warrant No.-'40 totalling $29,908.70 was ,presented by Town Acct.
Barrett and checked and approved by 'the Board.
Bids were ree'eived from various sources on the old LaFrance~
Fire t~ruck;'.this matter was discussed with some of the
bidders who were present before any bids were opened,'
'and it~appeard that there was some misunderstanding-as

For the Town of Nantucket, adopted by the Selectmen under
