The meeting came t° 'order'. at 8PM all members of the Board being
present.

Minutes of the previous meeting were read and approved.
Mr. Allen Holdga Sr. Shel Warden was p enl and dis-
cussed with the Board the~coming Comm. Scallop season
and the limit etc. it was on motion, duly~made and
seconded Voted: .That the limit on Comm..Scalloping be
5 standard bags as provided by the Town per man and 10
standard bags ~per bo~t per day and that all bags be
securly tied at the top and completely closed.
voted: That the season for the taking of soft shell
clams be opened effec*ive Sunday 2 Oct. on Sundays only.
Limit one ten ql. pail per person per. Sunday, un*il furhter
' notice.
The matte~ of the S~all Boat landing and mooring a~ea
in front of the ~aston St. cottages was 'discussed, and
in orde~ to preserve this a~e~ for this purpose and for
the safety of small bo~ts in the area it was Votedt That
lhe area West of ~ li~e from Brandt Light to the. Southeast
Corne~ of the Yacht Club property be'set off as a small
Boat Anchorage .a~ea ~nd that ~o commercial vessels of any
type be allowed in this.area.
A nolice was received from Fire Chief Ba~ilei* ~hat he was
taking one week of his vacation effecgiveFri. Sept. 30ih
~nd filed.
Town nurse Cravott wrole advising of her vacaiion and same was
filed.
The resignation of Paul'Hoadley from lhe Pinanc~-'Commiltee was
received and accepted with regrels.
The 41st Account of the Bost6n Salt DepOsit and Trusi Co.
of-the Sanford Fund was received for lhe period 11 .July
65-66 and signed py the Board and *he Town Treasurer.
Mr.'Thomas McOragh was granted per~ission to install longer
poles ag his expense on Miacome*; Rd.~ in*o his property
in order to take electrical'-se.r~ice.
