The meeting came to order at 8;00 PM all members of the B~ard being present
execpt Mr. ~'~elden,~ Mr. Norcross served as Chairman pro tem.
Warrant No. 28, totalling $55,'&26.39 was presented by Town ' Accountant Barrett
and checked and approved by the Board.
Minutes~ ~of the previous meeting were read and app~oved~
Ensign James Da~ris, a resident of Federal'Street was present and discussed
with the Board the matter of. two small dogs which he was keeping, in
his ya~:l on Federal Street and which e~mp!aints had been
against by Mrs. Curtin. After discussing the matter, the B~ard voted
to advise Mr.'' Davis that he may keep the dogs outside between 9:00
' · and 5:00 PM with the suggestion that some sort~ of shield be placed.

Sunday ent¢rtaiment'permits were granted ~0 The ~p;; De~k for Piano and
~ guita~ and to The Nobadeer Restaurant for Folk S'.:[nging on Sunday and
for an orchestra on weekdays; and to William Schustik for Folk singing
