The meeting came to order at 8PM all mebers of the Board being
Warrant No. 21 totalling $30,695.33 was presented by Town Acct.
Barrett and checked and approved by the Board.
Minutes of the' previous meeting were~ read and app~0ved.
A form was received from the 'office of the Secy~ of state
relative to the location of.a.ch, corp. formed by Douglas
Ley et'al with office at Surfside, for approval of the
Board as to location, and same was approved;
An application was received from Dreamland Theatre for a Sunday
permit to show sound motion pictures and approved.
The overlook hotel was granted a renewal of its Innholders lic.
Mid Island Bowl was.granted a common vici and Soft drink lic~.
and permit for bowling on weekdays and sundays,, sub to insp.
Youngs' bicycyle shop was granled a common vici and s0ft drink
lic. subject to insp.
Al. Slackpole at Childrens beach w~s granied"a common vici.
soft.drink and ice cream lic~. sub. to insp.
Donald K.~ Boyd at Susie~ 'Snack Shop was granted a common vici.
ice cream and sofi drink l'ic~ sub. to insp.
The Board was in receipi of two letters in favor"of the~con-
'~ iinuation of the Jap'. Beetle ~rapping~program,' and no'~
"comments opposed and ~he requesl from the Dept. of Agr.
~ was approved.
