The meeting came to order at 7.30 PM ail members of the Board . being present. ..
Warrant No. 13, tota. lling $43,5i5.18 was presented by Town
Acct. Barrett and checked and approved by the Board.
Minutes of the previous 'meeting were read and approved.
Mr. Parker Gray of the Conservation Commission was present
and discussed with the Board the matter of the Consue
Springs area and also having the Mosquito division do
some work on removing cattails. This matter was referred
to the DPW Supt.
Approval was granted of the pet. of the N.E.'Tel and Tel to
install underground cable in Hooper Farm road.
Voted to Adv. for bids orr hose and equipmen{ for the Fire
Dept. same to be in by 13 April 1966.
The Mad Hatter was granted a renewal of its Innholders license
and license for recorded background music.'
Miss ~enny Godfrey for the 'Sophmore class was granted a permit
,.for a dance at Leg, hall Sat, from 7.30 to 12
Mrs Slosek to be chaperones, Sp. police to be in attendance
The following were appointed Sp. police f0'r Service with the
Fire Dept : Seddon Legg Jr; Frank Hardy; Chester Pluscinski
James Killen, Arthur Egan, Robert McGrath and Ralph Hardy.
Voted to meet on Wed. the 6th at YAM at the office of the Town
Clerk for the ,purposes of, drawing Jurors for ,the May
session of Superior Court.
Bids-on furnishing a new Police cruiser were received as follows

Mr. Albert Stackpole was appointed caretaker of, the Surfside
Comfort Sra, bldg. and also granted a permit to maintain
his SurfBoat Snack bar at its' location for a period of
3 years and to install electrical service:at his expense.
~a~n Tobeys was granted an entertainment license,:'for piano;
organ, vocalist and background music entertainment week
days only. ,, ',
The following were appointed t° the Adult' Rducation Committee Mrs Joan Craig; Mrs Bertha Battlett;_Mrs Mildred Taylor;
Mrs Carl Erickson and Mrs Roger Young.
Renewal applications' for,liquor licenses were received from
the following and voted to take the course prescribed by
law: Robert Wiley; Joh? Kimmett*and 30 acres.
Mr. 'Alan MaCVicar wrote requesting a street' light and hydrant
on Vesper and same was referred to the Chief of the Fire
Dept. to determine if there was the necessary water servic~
Voted to' adv. for bids for the cleaning equipment for the Town
bldg. same to be in by 13 April.
Frnaklin Chadwick, Clinton Andrews and Charles Sayle were app-
ointed to the Right of Way Committee.
