The'meeting came to 'order at 7.30 PM all memb~'rs~of the being present. ': ~'. ~
Warrant No. 52, t0-talling $47,168.48 was preterited by Town
~Acct. Barrett and checked and approved by the Board.
Minutes of the previous meeting were read and approved. ..
Mr.'Allen Holdgate, Shellfish' Warden was. present 'and discussed
with the Board the matter of temp. co~trol'relative to Comm.
Scalloping. It was voted to have the same regulation as in
other' years, namely no scalloping when .the temp. is 25' F.

A letter was received from Mr.'Orpi,n of Wannacomet ~lqater Co.
Advising that his Co. had~approved the installation of a
loop line from Hinckley lane to Kimball Ave. and requestihg
that' the Board obtiaa the necessary easements over where
this~line would cross'private property. The SecY. advised that
he would look into this matter. ...~ . ·
The resignation of Mr. Henry Coffin as a member of the Finance
committee was received and accepted with regret. .

'Hall on Thurs from 8 to 12. .,. .
Mr. Mike Lamb Was granted~a permit to eXceed the local wgt.
limit~over Easy. Broa~-,'~:Beach,;~ Easton,' Cliff Road and'
Madaket Road to the dump. - ~' . ~
There {eing no further business the' Board Went into :executive
session and adjourned at 9.30 PM.
