Minutes of the previous meeting were'read and approved.
ur. Harold LindleY was'present and requested approval of
special license that would allow him to~use~a dredge in
collecting specimens for use~in theJHigh School science
classes and the Maria Mitchell Nature courses. Said eequest
was voted approved* -.
Mr. Richard Corkish Jr. was present with reference to pole
locations on Quidnet Road,' and voiced no objection to same,
'and said applicalions were signed and approved.
On request of Chief H0wes Mr. Donald M.'.Gibbs was appointed a Sp. Police for service with the local'dept.
The Senion class requested.approval to erect"a b~nner over
Main si. in connection with a concert, and same was voted
referred lo the Tree Comm. ,~
Mr. 3oseph A. Cahoon was granted approval to dlose his.place
of business in Sconset, Wine and Malt Pakcage-Store for
one month." ,'
