The meeting came tO order at 7.30 Phi all members of the Board
being present ,~ ' :
Warrant No.:39, totalling $7,736.57 was 'presented by Town Acct.'
Barrett and checked and approved by the Board.
Minutes of the previous meeting were: read and approved.
Mrs Durant 'of orange ~St. was present and complained of:,the 'noise
on Orange St.-caused bM cars gunning as she put it up the
hill, stated that she felt that we should make arrangements
to have patrolman'on foot patrol about'the town.
Pole location' on Old South Road was received and approved 'for
the Gas & ~lec. and Tel and Tel Co's.
The matter of the Yacht Club storing its floats on Harbor
View Way which had been table, last week was approved no
objections having been received.'

An application from Treadway Inns Corp. joined, k_i~.~$iK~~, '
Parker and Rarle Smith for 'approval
presently held by Treadway Inns Corp.,a* Jared coffin House
,to Richard~Parker and B~rle smith-at ~the same location was
received and voted to take the course-prescribed by law.
There being no~furtBer business the Board Went 'into executive
session and adj. 'at 8.30 PM. ,
