Mr. Vincen~ Arno Was presen~ a~d requested Considezation as
the Boards allowing him ~o remain open'a~ his ~ain
~estaurant, 15 rain longer i~ w~s voted ~o'have,~he same
~egulation as las~ year namely ~hat premises must lcose
at 1~ and all pm~rons be off ~he premises by
~r. Rober~ Christian was Pt~sen~ ~nd requested a S~ree~ ligh~
on Meade~ street, it appearing tha~ ~here is no pole line
om this s~ee~,~his ma~er was',~aken unde~ advisement.
Ch2~stman also mentioned the need foz m-possible s~op sign

mlso ~zken under advisement.

R~lph Perry Co.,.Aft~r;~omputing the bid totals for equipmen~
and hose-i~ appearing ,that Cbs. Claughetty Co. ~s the
,16west',bi~der::i~ W~s'en.,me~ion duly made and seconded voted
~hat ~he bid be awarded this co.
The VF~ was gr~n~ed a permit for a Poppy 'day on July 2nd'and 3rd.
To~n Nurse ctaVO~ wrote rep0~ting on ~he ~ecen~ ~eil child clinic
and same was noted and filed.
Taxis permits weie g~anted the following: Howard Hull, J.E.~ood
& Sons.-Ma~ie Thurston.
Mr. Nicholas Perran~ella w~s granted ,a "permit for 'a d~nce at
Legion Hmll on Bri. from 8 to 1 ~-,, -:
