Barrett and checked and approved by the Board.~ Minutes of the~previous meeting were read 'and approved. On the matter ~of the applicatiOn of Mr. Pap°lodupus for a permit to operate a cabaret type operation at Chase Hall same was on motion duly made and seconded voted denied. A notice was received from the Siasconset Water Commission vising of a vacancy in their Board and the date of 2 June. was set for a joint meeting to elect a'successor tofii1 the term of Mr. Mark JOhnson., The Mad Hatter was granted a renewal of their Sunday en~. permit for piano and.organ music. The Leg, Aux, was granted a permit'for a poppy day on May 28th and 29th. The VFW,was appointed as the Committee in charge of the Memorial Day appropiration. '' Mr.. vincent 'Arno applied for a renewal of his Comm vict. and recorded music ent. licenses ~at S, Water St and same were approved subject to insp. by Mr. Lamb. Walter Beinecke Jr.' ; Lawrence Miller and Lawrence K. Miller dba Sherburne.associated applied for a renewal of the seasonal all alcoholic license at the Harbor House and same was voted to take the course prescribed by-law. P01e locatio on N.
