Selectmens Meeting 6 Jan. 196'5
The meeting came to'order at*8~15 PM having be~n preceeded'by~
a. County Commissioners meeting, all members of the Board
being present except Mr. Norcross..-
Minutes of the·previous~meeting were read' and: &Pproved.
Warrant No. 73; %0tailing 16,950.54 and Warrant NOt i iotalling
4,878.88 were presented by Town Acct..Barrett and checked
and approved by the Board. ~..:_
Mr. Alien Holdgate, .shellfish warden Was ~present and discussed
with the Board his budget for 1965.~It was also Voted on'
suggestion of Warden Holdgate that the Soft shell clam
season be extended until 31March~1965, Sundays only, one
ten qt. pail per person.
Mr. Lester Ayers,~SuPt. of the Mosquito control COmmission
met with the.Board and discussed problems relating to'
his dept~

On motion duly made and seconded it was Voted that~ the Warrant
for the 1965 Town Meeting be. opened and that same may close
9n Monday the 25th of Jan.1965.
The Board approved the political calander' as submitted by Town
Clerk, Coffin.
