The 'meeting came..to~°rde~.at 8.15 PM havipg been preceeded by a county commissioners meeting, all members of the Board being present. -..~ .~ .:~ Warrant No. 36'totalling~$i2,410.64 was .presented by Town Acct. ~Barrett and checked and approved by the~Board. Minutes of the Previous meeting were read ~nd approved. Mr. Howard Bardsley, and Mr. and Mrs Anthony Os~rowski were presen~ and complained of ~a motor bus which is se~ up for living in.being 'parked in the Madake~ area. s~ted ~hey fel~ ~his was ~-poor thihg ~o allow and ~lso ~hm~ ~hey were concerned from a public health an~le as ~o wha~ provisions were being m~de for ~he disposal of~ ~he sewage. The Board ~dvised tha~ they would look.in~.~o ~he.ma~er. Bids were received on ~he~rebidding of/Art. 78 pertaining to Windows and insulation at Our Island Home,'as follows: '~ W~fidowS~--1284.39 ~~' Insu la~i°n 1116.49 9 Seddon Legg'j~. :~' ' ; ..... ' '': " 1225.50: Insulation 1110.00 ~ichael Lamb ~ .... .Voted that same be awarded the lowest bidder ~r. Lamb. A letter was received from The AirPort comm. enclosing a letter from Mr. Reed of the FAA.advising that:~he~money to repay the existing loan on the.airp0r~ ,tower should be along ~his month'. The Board Voted ~o approve the Town Treasurer s~ar~in the necessary steps~to borrow funds for the. new project. A le~er was received f~om residen, s '0f Pleasant S~. complaining as reg~ds a' dog a~ No. 11 Pleasant. The Board consulted Mr. Day.~he Dog officer and he advised .that ~he dog was licensed and was Rep, res,arined as per: ~he Boards orders bu* tha* i~- was' noisy. Voted to send .~,le~*er ~o ,he owner requesting his cooperation. .. ~:' ~a~g"~of Sconset advising A letter was received from Mrs Mabei'Eldr that she had no objection ~o Mr. Boy~ erecting some posts on his land in a Way between their properties. A letter was received from Mr. Tel Be'rna of the ~Shimmo Asso. relative to a pipe installation at the Pest House Pond and tabled for the next mosquito Control meeting. A letter was received from G~dner W. RUssell'advising that he was counsel for the ~C relative to the'Lewis hearing, and 'requesting ~hat the Board have someone to take notes at the meeting.
