The "meeting~came t° order at 8PM all members of the Board being
present, except Mr. Chadwick.
warrant No.'31 i0talling $20;276;82'was'presented by Town Acct.
Barrett and checked and approved by the Board.
Minutes of the previous meeting were read and approved.
Pole locations 'on Derrymore Rd. were'approved for the Gas
Elec. and the N.E. Tel & Tel notices having been sent and
~no objections h~ving been received.
~A notice was:received~from the U.S Army Eng. or'the pet. of
Waiter Beinceke to bulkhead and dredge at the White Elephant
prop. and it ~ appearing that this work had been completed as
per a'state DPW notice same was filed.
A letter' was received from'Stephen Herlitz thanking'the Board
for the markers in Madaket Harbor;
The Board app'roved the license four Island'ser; Co. to '~tore'
pet. products at its new location on Old S. Wharf, hearing
~ having been held according to law and no objections having
been received.
A letter was received from Town Counsel SangUinteei enclosing
an order of taking in Re;' prop. at the dump. 'After discussion
this matter was tabled for a~conference with Mr. Barrett the
Eng. ~relative to straightning one line on the plan.
There being no further business ~the Bo'ard Went ~into executive
,-session and adj. at 9 PM.·
