Warrant No; ,30 totalling $17,418.84 was presented by Town Acct.
Barrett and checked and approved by ,the Board.
Minutes of'the previous meeting were read and approved.
Mr. W. Ripley Nelson representing ihe Civic League was present
and presented lo the Town a deed of the Mill Hill Park area
so called in accordance with~the,voie,of,the~Town under
~t; 65 of the Last Annual Warranl. The Board thanked Mr.
Nelson for hiA efforts in this matter and voted lo refer
said deed to the Town C~unsel for the necessary'recording.

near the Leg..bldg. adv. a car wash and both of ihese malle~
were referred to the Police DePt.

Mrs Gertrude Lamb Was grant'ed a renewal of her common .vici.
ice cream and soft drink, license'to be exercised in her,
chuck wagon a% Surf side, she advising that same had been
approved by the Park and Rec.
On request of chief Howes William H. Newlon of the 5 ~. 10 was
appointed a Sp. Police officer to serve at said premises.
