The meeting came'to order at 8PM all members :'of ' the board

Warrant No. 21 totalling $22,651.03 was presented by ToWn Aoct.
Barrett and checked and'approved by the Board.
Minutes of the previous meeting were read and approved.
The Board 'discussed the matter of the request ~f Vincent Arno
to keep his main'street rest. open unit.1 2AM and
it was voted to ,allow him to remain open, until 1.30
with'the provision that-at that time the ,premises
must be closed and all patrons off .the premises.
Bids were received from George Anderws on Art.91 Madaket buoys
in the ~amount of 989.00 and on~Setting'andpulling
Guest moorings in the amount-of 429.00 and voted
appr o ve d.
Camp sankaty was ~ granted a lice~se'for' its caddy camp 'operation.
Marion Chase dba St. Wharf 'Snack bar was granted a fenwal of
her Common vici. ice cream and s~of~drink licenses.

The' NaVy wives club was granted a ,permit for'a block dance on
July 6th at the area on t~. pearl st. in front of
the library, subject to their keepfikng~the noise of
, ,... ~the music,at a- level not,to adversely effect the
,, ,. movies at Dreamland.theatre. ,
Morgan Levine was granted a permit for' recorded music at his
shop on St wharf weekdays only.

.Mr. Philip Murray was given permission to hand a sign over
the sidewalk at his place of business on Main St. same
:.~-. having beeen approved as to form iM~zby the HDC
Mr. Dennis Dias was granted a permit to operate dances at

7,to 9 PM.,. '-
A land court notice was received relative to th~e~pet, of the
Nant. Hist. Trust to regi. its t'itle to:the former
ocean house property and filed.
There being no further business the-board went~ into executive
session and adj. at 10 PM.
